I wish i could get away with wearing fancier hats. I could if I were royalty. Anyway I could buy a royal title? Then I could wear a hat like this on an official outing.

Late post about the Cardiovascular Congress held in Toronto in October. On top of the good learnings to be had, there were some good times too.

Nope it’s my bones and joints. I’m getting my ass into yoga today. I apologize to my joints for sitting in the fucking car for 2 days straight for 14 hours each day. Obviously i was wrong and i know that now.

I picked up my motorcycle from the dealership on Friday!!! After 6 weeks of being in the ICCU (intensive cycle care unit) she is finally free to fly like the wind with me on her back! Here are the pics.

I’m really bad for taking lots of pictures and never posting them on facebook or taking them off my camera. Well, i am trying to change… i’m in a 12 step program for it. So check back for like 2 years of events that no one has seen pics of or heard that i attended.
