Today we rode our bicycles down to St. Paul’s had lunch at Kadoya and then walked at English Bay a little bit. Al can’t move his neck or shoulders now thanks to my brilliant idea but that’s ok. We got some exercise. As expected the paparazzi followed us and took pictures of which I shall share, better here than on People.com
